Scope of work

Each production is governed by the approved estimate, proposal, brief, timeline, and deliverables agreed between ZUGARQUBE AI and the client.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, approvals, brand assets, location permissions, product information, and timely feedback needed to complete the project.

Creative approvals

Concepts, scripts, edits, and final deliverables may include revision rounds as agreed in the proposal. Additional rounds, new concepts, or scope changes may require a revised estimate.

Usage and ownership

Final approved deliverables may be used by the client according to the agreed usage terms. Raw project files, unused concepts, working files, and production methods remain with ZUGARQUBE AI unless separately agreed.

Portfolio rights

Unless restricted in writing, ZUGARQUBE AI may display completed work, excerpts, stills, and behind-the-scenes material in its portfolio, website, social channels, and pitch decks.

Payments and cancellations

Payment schedules, booking fees, cancellations, and rescheduling terms are defined per project. Work may pause if required payments or approvals are delayed.
